More Knitting in the Sun


I've been waiting patiently for this book to be available since I learned Kristi Porter was working on it. Her first book Knitting in the Sun was so successful that it was only a matter of time before there was a sequel.

More Knitting in the Sun features 24 designs for children including this design using our allhemp6LUX yarn. Talitha Kuomi designed Vashti - a  hooded top with pockets waiting to be filled with treasures.

    I love this pattern,Lana.Do you know how much all hemp lux it takes for size 3,& 5 toddler?I met you at a Stitches Event way back in early 2002?At Fort Washington & AC( I think).Two places in the East.

    hello rinebird,

    to knit 'vashti' in size 2T (chest 22") takes 3 skeins of allhemp6lux, the size 4T (chest 24") takes 4 skeins and the size 6 (chest 26") takes 5 skeins. hope that helps. and have fun with it!
